Description

The forest is partly bare because the needles of the larches are gone. They fell off the larches in early winter and lie buried deep under the snow. If there is little snow, they have colored the ground reddish. The old larches remain green and stand motionless in the crystal-clear winter air. Whoever stands completely still on the route and does not move may see squirrels or even deer.

In Findeln, excellent view of the Matterhorn.

  • Marked approximately every 100 m with pink poles
